Over the years the manual attendance management has been carried across most of educational institutions. To overcome the problems of manual attendance, the researcher has developed An Android Attendance Management System.
The Attendance Management System is android based, which can be implemented on any android operating device, android operating system is also the most often used operating system for tablet computers worldwide, with a 66 percent share of the global market.
In this application, the system communicates with the database residing on a remote server. It calculates automatically, the attendance percentage of students without any manual paper-based work.
The system facilitates the end users with interactive design and automated processing of attendance management.
